The UPSTART Program that WFISD started this past January has parents raving about the progress their children have made.

Last year WFISD found that there was a deficit of 4-year-olds attending pre-k.

The district partnered with the UPSTART program – which is created and owned by Waterford Early Learning – to help bridge that gap.
