McNiel Avenue in Wichita Falls used to be one of the worst flooded roads in the city before a drainage project was done to address the problem.

But flooding continues to happen in that area even after the work.

On Monday there was lots of water rushing down McNiel.

City officials say the drainage in the area has improved the flooding situation. Click here for details.
