For $385,000 Wichita Falls City Council members approved Biggs and Mathews, a local engineering firm to update their sewer master and capital improvement plan.

The Director of Public Works, Russell Schreiber told council members on Tuesday the plan is to give them a better road map for spending their maintenance dollars.
